This is a real common question. At first, we thought it was peculiar. But we understand that you may have had a poor experience somewhere else and it's very unfortunate!

DVN isn't run by fools and we are NOT in the business of scamming.

If you have an order of an item in stock and NOT A PRE-ORDER, BACKORDER, or CUSTOM ORDER, please know that processing is up due to reduced staff and COVID-19 precautions. Just in case, please allow 14 business days for the processing of your order. Even if overnight shipping is selected, your order still is subject to processing times. If 14 business days have passed, please check in with us.

If you have an order that IS A PRE-ORDER, BACKORDER, or CUSTOM ORDER, please know that these items are MADE-TO-ORDER (cut and sew) in our garment factory, and we do not use ready-made items. Our team is working hard to fulfill these orders always. Depending on our workflow, it is not abnormal for these items to take longer than the quoted timeline. If the order is more than four weeks late, please check for any recent communications with us in your inbox. If you haven't heard from us in a while, please check in with us.

As soon as your order ships, you will automatically be sent a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number, the order hasn't been shipped just yet.

We allow customers to pay a rush fee in order to receive made-to-order items faster by guaranteed dates.

Shipping durations do not account for processing time. So, keep in mind that your order will ship AFTER processing, regardless of the shipping method.
