Easy Returns at DVN

DVN Co. makes returns easy via our Returns Portal. There, you can make your stress-free return request.

When you return a Masterpiece, with limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a DVN E-Gift Card. It's important to know that shipping fees are nonrefundable and DVN does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Therefore, the store credit will not include shipping.

Additionally, with limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Return Policy

Customers wishing to return items for store credit must make the return request via our Returns Portal within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Here is some things to know for returns:

  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery of your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged (physical & odor damage, such as, but not limited to, smoke of any kind, perfume/cologne and/or body odor), AND have the original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Any items purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Any items purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • You must include your return form/packing slip and original receipt.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a DVN Co. E-Gift Card.
DVN Co. reserves the right to deny any refund requests that fails any of the above conditions.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days (M-F) to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. If your return has not been processed after 7 business days, please feel free to contact us at help@dvn.co.

Final Sale items

All sales are FINAL for items that were marked down on sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit. In addition, to keep best practices and guarantee cleanliness for all customers, all jewelry and bodysuits are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items customized in any manner are also non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions can be provided for any of the aforementioned items.

Exchanges

At DVN, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. Thus, we do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the Masterpiece back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received and processed your return. In this regard way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Sometimes your package can be returned-to-sender if:

  1. an address is invalid or contains missing information,
  2. the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package,
  3. or the order is refused by the customer, or anyone at the delivery address, at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a DVN E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you ever receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our team within 3 business days via email at help@dvn.co or reply to your order confirmation email. Once we receive your email, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refund Process
When notified or approved of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Refunds cannot be applied to a different payment method under any circumstances.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Or next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@divinecreationsclothingco.com.

Agreement

The agreement of our return policies applies to your purchases of Product(s) from this Website. The parties to this Agreement are: (1) the person who makes the purchase, referred to throughout the Agreement as "you" or "your", and (2) our company, Divine Creations Clothing Co., LLC. Divine Creations is referred to in this Agreement as the "Company", "brand", "we", and "us".

We may make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, but the latest version will always appear on this page. Any changes to this Agreement will apply to all new orders placed after the change is published on the Website. You should check this Agreement before each order you place, in case it has changed since your last visit.
